Part of my prayers since January 1st of this year have included:

“For God knows my [record of] work and what I am doing. He has set before me a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I have but little power [in and of myself, but I] have kept God’s Word and guarded His message and have not renounced or denied His Name. [Therefore] a wide door of opportunity for effectual service has opened to me (there, a great and promising one) and there are many adversaries” (Revelation 3:8, 1 Corinthians 16:9).

This past weekend, I was able to see some sweet friends in ministry from Spain who were here to attend a conference. While in Spain last year, ministering in their Bible School, we discovered a common love for God’s message on righteousness, so I was excited to give them a copy of my new book.

The pastor’s wife extended an invitation for me to return this year in April and hold a women’s conference at her church to share God’s truth about righteousness. I am delighted! But as I left there, I thought to myself, “How wonderful would it be if I could get my book translated into Spanish before April…”

And this is where I need your help!

Mirror Ministries is partner-based, meaning I am fortunate to have people who financially support the work that I do. But I rarely ask for help. I don’t know if I am right or wrong by not asking, but I have trusted God to provide– and He always has. On a regular basis, I have about 10-12 people a month who give and support Mirror Ministries.

Last year, I traveled to Spain, Austria, and the Dominican Republic to minister at Bible Schools and churches. This year, I will be ministering in Honduras with a crusade team, as well as the opportunity in Spain and my state-side events. I also took the leap of faith to have my book published. Without a publishing house, the entire cost of production was on Mirror Ministries.

But with God, all things have been possible! And where He calls, He also provides!

But I am not ignorant to God’s use of people to help propel the mission. Paul said in Philippians 1:5, “[I thank my God] for your fellowship (your cooperation and contributions and partnership) in advancing the good news (the Gospel) from the first day [you heard it] until now” (Amplified). God uses partners to accomplish His goals. In other words, those who aren’t called to go are still called to send.

Three opportunities:

1. Translating and printing at least 300 copies of my book in Spanish

2. Travel expenses to Spain and Honduras

3. Sponsored books to give to other ministries requesting copies for drug rehab centers and prisons

The last one has been an on-going mission for Mirror Ministries. In 2007, my partners helped put 500 books on righteousness in the prison system. There was an amazing response to my request for help (and I thank you). Another friend in ministry just spoke to me last night about an upcoming conference at a drug rehab center and how wonderful it would be if she could give my book to every attendee to help them continue to grow in God’s Word.
